Job Developer/Job Coach

Old Pueblo Community Services is looking for a Job Developer/Job Coach.

Old Pueblo Community Services is a non-profit organization that specialized in transitional housing needs.  Our client base is the formally incarcerated and homeless population.

This person will be responsible to establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers from the various businesses in the Tucson community.  That will bring valuable job leads to our clients. 

They will be required to do cold calling and attend community meetings where referrals and employment leads can be obtained. 

Along with the Job Developer duties, this person will also be a Job coach to our clients.  They will be responsible for screening OPCS clients and identifying the most appropriate fields of employment for each individual.  
Conducting workshops and demonstrate the use of job listings and other valuable tool that will help our clients become comfortable and confidence in their ability to go out in to the community and secure job/career that will help them to maintain a safe and free life.

The position is a non-exempt position and will require some in town traveling.  Benefits
